Vicidial 2.2.1 ,asterisk 1.4.15,single server, Centos5.5 ,No telephony card,No cluster
I noticed an issue in the Agent Performance Report.
I have an agent who logged in at 6:00:00 Hrs and logged out at 13:15:00 Hrs.
So the total logged in time [logout time -login time] can be maximum 07 Hrs 15mins
But in my vicidial agent performance report under CALL STATS BREAKDOWN it is showing as 8 hrs 20 mins as TIME[Total call handling time]
When i looked into the php code,TIME field value is coming by summing up of PAUSE/TALK/WAIT/DISPO times.
How can it go beyond logged in duration?
