twoday_vicidial_log not in use

I am wondering how do I keep a backup of my vicidial_log. currently i see twoday_vicidial_log not in use, and I would like to use that table as my backup.

What I know is that vicidial_log is huge we have calls back from 2005 in it, and I would really like to have a table that will not only be faster loading, but also has a shorter period of time in it. ie. two days worth of logs.

So my question is simple, how do i turn this feature on, or was this feature never coded?

First, your vicidial version is over 3 years old. I would strongly suggest an upgrade. With that upgrade there is a new log archiving tool that you will have access to that will allow you to move your active log records into an "_archive" table.
