download call recording via vicidial web page

Hi,

Im new to this site and Im new to vicidial..My problem is that when I download the call recording I will download it from server via /var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE/MP3, it is possible to download a recording via vicidial/admin.php agents stats?how to do it?please advice..thanks

I think the obvious answer would be to read the manual my friend... How ever, you can view agents stats, click on a lead called and then the lead specific recordings are attached at the bottom of that lead ID.

Thanks for your reply sir,, I got this error (The requested URL /RECORDINGS/MP3/20130618-202037_1337857071-all.mp3 was not found on this server.) how to resolve this?Thanks again....

check your error_log (in vicibox: /var/log/apache2/error_log)
might be the same problem as this one http://vicidial.org/VICIDIALforum/viewt ... =4&t=28273
also post all other information that is asked for in the thread I linked to
