Problem Setting Up Carrier

Hey everyone,

Just setup a goautodial server a few weeks ago. I finally go around to connecting a carrier to it. I created an account with justgovoip, but I am having problems making calls.

I am just trying to test manual calls right now. I can connect to the server with the zoiper softphone.

When I login and it calls the phone, it says "Invalid conference number, please try again."

I don't know to fix that issue, I am assuming I dont have something setup right with justgovoip.

I ran asterisk -r command and this is what I get when I try to make an outbound call:

first this message:

that means that you are trying to make asterisk translate to/from some codec it cant handle, related topic: http://www.vicidial.org/VICIDIALforum/v ... =7&t=26702

256 is G.729A, is that codec installed?

edit the carrier settings and try something like this instead:
disallow=all
allow=ulaw
allow=alaw
allow=gsm


and then we got:
WARNING[21700]: app_meetme.c:829 build_conf: Unable to open DAHDI pseudo device
you probably need to compile and reinstall the dahdi module
