Vtiger URL not Updating

For some reason, in System Settings, in the Vtiger Integration section. I have changed servers for where Vtiger is installed and have tried to update it....however, it continues going to the original vtiger install. For example, originally it was vtiger.server1.com...I changed it to vtiger.anotherhost.com. When the agent clicks on "Webform", it is going to the original vtiger.server1.com instead of the new URL.

I had someone working on getting this working prior to this being the problem and I am not sure if they hardcoded the original url. Where would I find where the Vtiger URL is stored? Is it in the database or in a file? Can you give me any ideas where to look?

Modify the Campaign and/or Ingroup web form settings also.
