VDADautoREMINDERxfer callerid xfer problem

Hi,

I set up campaign with agi-VDADautoREMINDERxfer.agi script. I've got two problems:
1. When user press 3 the call is sent to extension which is a closer campaign extension. It works, but how can is set up the callerid passed to agi-VDADcloser_inboundCID.agi to be the called person number?
2. The N- Call was picked up, didn't finish initial message dosen't work.

1. you would have to alter the code of the script to do that.

2. I'm not really sure what you are referring to.

1. I added SET CALLERID 123456789 in VDADautoREMINDERxfer in transfer section. In agiout from VDADcloser_inboundCID there is callerid 123456789 but the calleridname = unknown. The phone number filed on agent screen is blank.

2. When call is picked up and person hangs up before end of the initial message the status of the record remains NEW

That's the problem with altering callerID, I was under the impression that you wouldn't be using the agent screen if you were directing calls directly to agent phones.
