Not really. Unless it tabulates, it's merely a shortcut to create a graph of information that already exists. QueueMetrics runs scripts to tabulate the data into a format that is useful for "industry standard" service level reporting for Inbound Call Centers. This is just another pretty graph, of which there are many. I would say it could be useful for someone who has no idea how to get any graphing, at $600, it's not horrible since it includes implementation. Probably more cost-effective to pay $600 for your IT guy to learn how to graph. IMHO.

Looks pretty cool. If you want some graphical reporting tools and analytics, you can try our GOautodial distro (
http://goautodial.org). We have the GOreports module that offers fully graphical reports and statistics. And did I mention that it's open source and free?
