Can Agent edit leads in agent interface ?

Is there possibility to agents that can edit leads in agent interface ?
They can in empty fields put some words but what if agent want to change "first_name" in agent interface or "address 1" ??

Yes, absolutely.

It's at least 3 settings that control that,
In the user settings:
Agent Alter Customer Data Override - This option will override whatever the option is in the campaign for altering of customer data. NOT_ACTIVE will use whatever setting is present for the campaign. ALLOW_ALTER will always allow for the agent to alter the customer data, no matter what the campaign setting is. Default is NOT_ACTIVE.

In the campaign settings:
Disable Alter Customer Data - If set to Y, does not change any of the customer data record when an agent dispositions the call. Default is N.

Disable Alter Customer Phone - If set to Y, does not change the customer phone number when an agent dispositions the call. Default is Y. Use the HIDE option to completely remove the customer phone number from the agent display.

Oh yeah right, this is the goautodial board, dont know if you got these options then,
but I think its possible to access the vicidial admin page from goautodial too vicidial/admin.php

Yes it working but when you turn on Custom fields in some list in that way edit leads in agent interface did not work. Agent can write some words only in empty fields.
He can not edit e.g First name or address ?

Interesting. Try it in the Vicidial interface instead of the pretty GoAutoDial interface. And if that fixes it, consider upgrading to a later version of the GoAutoDial install (or continue to use the normal Vicidial screens, of course).

The regular Vicidial screens may not have a "link" on your system, but they will be there nonetheless. /agc/vicidial.php perhaps ... or /vicidial/welcome.php may be a way to get there. I keep forgetting where they are in goauto 2.X.
