Survey press 1 drop calls during transfer

I installed goautodial 3.0 server. I setup a survey press 1 test campaign. When I test the campaign it will say it is transferring to a poll taker for more info and then 80% of the calls will hangup. Can anyone help?

And your survey settings. And I note you say that 80% will hang up ... so 20% actually work? And where do they go exactly? Is it possible that you have a limit on the number of calls that can pass (are they sending to your cell phone or a call center in India?)
