Are you using ztdummy as timer ? or a hardware timer . How many agents ? Whats loadavg when this happens . If you are using ztdummy then it happens on high system load .

Please give me any suggestion to use any timer device instead of ztdummy...
Also the customers are not able to hear the voice of agents...

That error is quite normal when you are using ztdummy.
and also if the customer cant quite hear the agents, is it choppy? is the volume too low?
what zaptel version are you using?

s.. The agents are able to hear the customers voice but the customers cant hear the agents clearly. They(Customers) complained the line is not clear. But volume was fine.
zaptel version is 1.2.12 (as given in scratch install... we followed that)

system load is around 0.91 to 1.05 on 7 agents , is it a single cpu server ?
Install a cheap x100p card it acts as timing device for meetme .
