called_count custom field problem

Postby PierreDeux » Tue Jul 23, 2013 6:07 am

Hi
I'm setting up custom fields for one of my campaigns and stuck with weird problem: called_count and last_local_call_time are not getting recognized by the parser and show up untouched both on agent screen and lead modification page. All other "default" fields I'm using are parsed fine, only those 2 ones have a problem.
Another weird thing is that default value for called_count is always --A--called_count--B-- even if I'm replacing it to "blablabla". I've checked vicidial_lists_fields and it has a correct default value in it (blablabla or whatever I have in custom field setup page), however there is always --A--called_count--B-- on agc screen and lead modification.
I've tried different field types (readonly, display, text) - does not matter. Double checked if I'm using the correct field name - it's name is red and looks fine.
Is that some kind of a bug or I missed something?

1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

3) i don't believe those two fields are configured for viewing or modification by the agent. especially not for modification.

yep. you'd need to customize your agent screen to allow those fields to be modified. we've done it a few times. over the years. for odd clients.
