inbound campaign : no incoming call at 16pm every day

Hi,

have installed latest go 3.0 updated to vicidial 2.7rc1

and configured an inbound campaign .

it works fine . but every day at 16pm , calls stop coming in and agents do not receive any calls while they are all connected and ready.

any setting that could cause this breakdown?

Ps : all settings are open to 24h ,no restrictions.
network is ok . extensions are registered , voip also .

Hi,

got it :
in the DID, i had one DID pointed to the number and defaut also enabled.
just disabled the DID and let the default DID do the works
