Can you post the associated vicidial_closer_log records?

How are the calls going to these agents?

what version of astGUIclient?

2.0.3

calls come in via a DID directly into these campaigns based on in-groups

Would you possibly have more than 1 server? are the times on them syncd?

I don't see anything strange here really, do you have agiout of these calls starting and ending?

I have tried and cannot duplicate this on my systems, so I'm not sure how it happened.

I have noticed that in my vicidial_closer_log there are some records like this

closecallid lead_id list_id campaign_id call_date
10 45355 NULL CL_HDP1_L 2007-04-04 21:19:36
11 45357 NULL CL_HDP1_L 2007-04-04 21:20:17
1 42749 2603 CL_HDP2_L 2007-03-27 10:05:04

As you can see, some have the list_id as NULL and one of them have a value, why?
Could this affect any function of the server?

If you aren't using the latest SVN codebase, there are some bugs in that portion of the CLOSER code, it has been fixed recently.
