5 Way Dialing instead of 3 way

Hi there,

I have a client and his requirement is 5-way dialing instead of 3 way. Is there any way to make it 5?

Please let me know if there is any version which has this feature.

Vicidial does not support 5-way dialing. but Meetme rooms do.

if you have other agents dial the conference, they can join in on the conference easily. who are the other two people in the conference? if you describe the situation, we may be able to help you.

Actually my client wants to dial 3 more calls after making the first call. and want to put them in the same conference so all people can talk together.

we're getting closer but "wants to dial 3 more calls" is still a bit vague.

i'll be more direct, but i hope someone else jumps on to answer cuz I'm not going to have any more time tonight:

Are the 3 more calls PROSPECTS? Are they somehow related to the first prospect? (ie, perhaps the same vendor ID so the system could know to dial them?)

Are the 3 more calls AGENTS? So you'd have a "team" talking to each prospect?

Are the 3 more calls in some sort of category? So you'd be calling a specific Bank, Closing company, and Mortgage Broker in addition to the Prospect and Agent, based on the City that the prospect is in?

All sorts of wild possibilities, and likely none of them are even close. So ... why don't you explain it so we can build you a solution?

You can do it using Eyebeam which is a 6-line phone.

Ooo. Good answer. but not 3CX as it relies on the 3CX server for conferencing (as we found out when we had to add conferencing to fop2 for a client this week because they were using 3CX phones!).
