Requesting call back instead of placing on hold

I was wondering if vicidial offers the ability to offer callers waiting on hold, to receive a call back instead of continuing to wait on hold?

How do you configure this if it supports it?

have you read the manual?

yes, it is supported. if i recall correctly, step by step instructions are included in the manual and reprinting them here would be ... redundant. 8-)

do you have vicidial installed?
