New VICIDIAL Logo Contest

The generic old VICIDIAL/astGUIclient logo that I made in a few minutes 3 years ago is looking a bit old and generic, and I think it's time for a change, so it's time to have a VICIDIAL Logo design contest!

So here are the rules:
- Logo must have the word "VICIDIAL" in it
- Original artwork only, nothing that is copyrighted may be included in the logo
- A 600 pixel by 600 pixel JPEG or GIF must be posted to this thread or a link posted on this thread to a website with the image.
- A single person can submit as many logos as they want.
- Extra points for logos that look good in black and white with no gradients
- Contest ends April 30, 2007 or earlier if enough submissions are received.
- The winning logo will become the property of eflo.net.
- The winner will receive a lifetime download account for the VICIDIAL Agent and Manager manuals, as well as receiving credit on the VICIDIAL websites and releases, and the admiration of all VICIDIAL users!

I think it is also going to be more interesting if we are also allowed to vote on it!

much more like a section here in the forum where people will create their own topic about their logo and have a poll on it. where people can also review the logo

but of course you get 40% voting power!

You can upload the image anywhere, even into the issue tracker since it allows uploads.

As for voting, once there are enough submissions I will post a voting topic here.

I am new, but I have an excuse . I'm in Toronto and both Matt and myself presented at an IT & career fair in Toronto. It was my record of 4 presentations in a week and Matt's record of 5 in a week.

Just wondering if Vicidial intends to keep the current name or possibly change it after version 3.0? Just noticing lots of projects end up renaming themselves to something more fitting later on, and figured I would ask since new logo's are being made.

I do not have any plans to change the name as of now. Every time I thought of doing that something would make me keep the VICIDIAL name.
