Webform

Hi,

I am new to vicidial and trying to get to grips with the features it offers. I have bought the administrator manual and whilst it does a good job of explaining how everything is setup, it offers little help in explaining how each feature works in the bigger picture.

Anyway, what I am trying to accomplish is to have vicidial display a webform when a call connects. Is this possible? If so, how can I make it work. I have created a new campaign, added a new list and uploaded a lead file.

Hello,

Setting that up can be done when you create or an existing Campaign and switching to detail view. You should be able to input the site for the "web form or web form two". The next step would be to find "Get Call Launch" and set it appropriately.

It is my understanding that vicidial has its own webform? How do I get it to display that?
