Postby urmi.l » Thu Aug 22, 2013 5:46 am

Hello,

VERSION: 2.4-364a | Asterisk 1.4.44 | Single Server | No Extra Software After Installation | CentOS release 5.5
Inbound calling.

For my ingroup, i set all call recordings. I have issue with my recording file name. Its not showing the customer's number (who has called to our DID) in file name. The file name looks like 20130822-154945_0000000000. Below is my CLI output :

I made calls to DIDs from real nos rather than from softphones. And its working fine.
It may be the case that I was testing the ingroup from softphones and which dont have actual caller ID. But wen i made call from my cell phone and its working fine. :) :D
