Hello Guys

would you please help me to see agc panel red color incoming call status .

Line: STATUS:Incoming(1XXXX) group:SCVT Fronter:VCVCIVR XXXXXX

which option should i set to find like that . Please help .

You need to set the color parameter in your Inbound group
