I am trying to setup user territories for one of my campaigns. I also know that it says it can only be used for manual and inbound_manual dial methods. Is there a way to get this to work with the auto_dial dialing method? Has anyone got it to work this way?
My end goal is when the agents are in the auto_dial campaign, it only gives them calls from the states that we have them licensed to sell in.

No, this does not work in auto-dial mode, and there is no way within the software to get it to work that way.
