System Details:
CentOS 6.4
1 server configuration
Linux cpredictive.localhost 2.6.32-358.14.1.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Tue Jul 16 23:51:20 UTC 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
VM inside virt-manager (planning on baremetalling later, but i'm hosting the hypervisor, and gave it 12 cores and 8GB ram (i can upgrade this)
2x virtio NIC's in bridged mode
Hypervisor:
Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X7560 @ 2.27GHz
(16 cores x 2 HT) = 32 logical cores
32 GB Ram
4x Broadcom NetXtreme II BCM5709 Nic
Station is for 50 - 100 agents, but I can't even get one working.
I've gone through the manual, the installer didn't create any conferences, and when I tried to log in my first user I got the error no sessions available, so I figured out to name the conferences 8600XXX and then that didn't work, so I had to add vicidial conferences, which I tried using 86003XX and then i tried 500XXX because meetme-vicidial.conf says 500
This worked (with 8600301 as the vici conference) but when I log in, my phone doesn't ring, and it keeps popping up the time synchronization message.
The time is off by about 2 seconds, but I don't think that's a big enough gap to mess it up, or cause the phone not to ring.
Edit: I sync'd the time and it's still doing it.
Outbound dialing works, with multiway audio.
The server IP is using the public/external ip exclusively, this was done to shortcut dealing with NAT because I have to get this running ASAP.
I am only seeing 1 error from /var/mail/root and that's the vm_update.pl script is timing out, not sure why.
