Ok, i have leads that randomly have the status in the vicidial_log table of 'dispo' but in the vicidial_list table they will have the correct status of 'sale' or 'NI' or what ever it should really be. The difference in disposition wouldn't really be a big deal if not for the fact that during the daily export of sales report, the leads are generated based off of this table. Unless there are other problems that this could create. The only thing i can see is that it only happens when its an agents chosen disposition, not one chosen by the dialer. With that said i have already been down the road with the agents in making sure they are diligent in correctly dispositioning the calls (not to say it doesn't happen) but it is still happening. Although i have no captures of server loads or call-number screen shots at the approximate times these things happen there is nothing abnormal going on, in fact at time when i would expect something to be wrong there isn't (160+ calls at a time, high burst in server load)
