Mismatch in User stats report.

Hi Everybody,

I am running an outbound campaign (manual dial) in which i am getting a mismatch between the user stats report and admin_modify_lead report.

In the user stats page(http://192.168.1.10/vicidial/user_stats.php) i am getting "0" length for a time stamp
and when i click on the lead it shows different length in the admin modify lead page( http://192.168.1.10/vicidial/admin_modi ... id=8800274)

Please refer to the images below which would help you understand my problem,

In the below image(user stats report) i have made a mark where the length is 0


and in the below image (admin_modify_lead) if you see the marked call, the length is different for the same time stamp and same lead,

It would be helpful if any one can explain me the reason for the change in both this reports.

According to your signature, you are using a 3 year old version of the software. A lot of bugs and logging issues have been fixed since then, and I would suggest upgrading to fix these issues.
