Two inbound calls at the same time to same agent

Hello.

Vicibox 4.0.3 from iso, Vicidial 2.6-393a build 130124-1721, Asterisk 1.4.44-vici, Single server, No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation, HP Proliant ML110 Intel pentium D.


1. SOME TIMES, when there are more than one call in queue, it come two calls at the time to same agent (on-hook mode).

Generally, the agent answers one, and the other call drop and keep in queue.

2. But, some times, the agent answers one and he listens BOTH callers, like in a conference.


¿How I can prevent this?

I try with both oldest_call_finish and random. It keeps coming in two calls on same time.

This has happen to me too, but not in a long time now,
Its possible that this can be caused by a overloaded server, check your systems load when this happens
