no leads in the hopper

Hello,

I have installed vicidial.
I added successfully a new campaign and list and I loaded some leads from both basic and super lead loader (everything is correct - no error), but when I am trying to access http://localhost/agc/vicidial.php I have the result: "Sorry, there are no leads in the hopper for this campaign"!! I see in the database that the vicidial_hopper table is empty!

What can I do?Can someone help me to solve it?

hi,

check whether or not the crontab entries are in places.

Make sure the list is applied to the campaign and that within the campaign towards the bottom where the list is it shows more than 0 dialable leads.

if you have dialable leads. retry to login and make sure that you are choosing the right campaign
