Agent data missing from Agent Performance Detail Report

Agent data missing from Agent Performance Detail Report

Asterisk version: 1.4.39.2-vici
VICIdial support installation

Having an issue where an agent's data is missing from the aforementioned report. The data for the agent's calls are shown in the user stats for the selected date(s). But there isn't any data in the Agent Performance Detail report.

What would cause this agent's data to be missing from the report?

There was a similar problem here on the forum a while ago, the reason for that was mixing of upper and lower case letters in user_id
check log tables and vicidial_users in the database and find out if that is the issue with dsterling

Thanks for the response DomeDan,

I checked a number of the log tables and the vicidial_users table and the user ID is fine 'dsterling.'

Then add &DB=1 to the url, that will print the sql querys,
you need to debug with those querys, run them manually and find out why dsterling data aint showing,
or you can post the queries here and also the data from the tables
