wrong realtime call count

hi, im experiencing wrong realtime call count... may i knot how to reset the call count every morning

here's my crontab details if im not mistaken theres an error with time in crontab

### reset several temporary-info tables in the database
1 1 * * * /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_reset_mysql_vars.pl


i dont know how to read time in crontab... thanks :D

This script runs at 1:01AM every morning.

How do you know you have an error in realtime call count?

it display wrong call count......... I always monitor the calls of agent and it display wrong call count.. its not the same when i get the report at agent performance details..... the agent always logged at 8:pm and end at 10am is there any way that counter reset after they logged out?

ok, we're getting closer.

Can you post output from the two reports you believe to have conflicting data? (and the URL for each of them, but without your domain name or IP which we don't need).

they start at 12mn some are good but all the agent that logged at 8:00 PM are not the same with agent perf details...some agent call counts in reatime are 1k up but in agent perf details is only 500
