Hi Guys
I am not sure if this issue has just started or if it has been for a while as we have not previously used manual calls.
I last night re-installed our server with the Vicibox-5.0.3
I restored a database backup from our old server and updated the datbase using the upgrade_2.6.sql and upgrade_2,8.sql which got our database uptodate.
For some reason I now when making manual calls, the call goes out but it does not detect when customer picks up.
I suspect this is something todo with the move to asterisk 1.8 but not sure.
I have tried changing the setting in servers of asterisk version to 1.8
Any ideas?
Vicibox 4.0.3 ISO install.
VERSION: 2.6-393a
BUILD: 130124-1721
Astersik 1.4.44-vici

Check you individual server settings to make sure it shows the right version of asterisks. This happened to me about a week ago.

I tried that earlier, However it seemed to want the whole version including the -vici on the end.
Its working fine now.

Really. What version (exactly) did you end up with that made it work? (And what did you have in that did NOT work?). As in: "1.8" did not work but "1.8.xx.xx-vici" did work ...?

I tried both 1.8 and 1.8.23.1 at first.
I then tried 1.8.23.1-vici and it worked.
I also not of interest that on a fresh install of Vicibox 5.0.3 it installs 1.8.23.1-vici but still has 1.4... in the database by default.
