ViciDial Cluster Issues

Hi there,

Here is my installation information,

I installed goAutodial using yum on Centos 5.9 64 bit from the repo

I am using Vicidial within that installation. I have setup a cluster using the information available on the link herein,

Here is my cluster,

Machine 1 = WEB + DB server
Machine 2 = Dialer Node 1
Machine 3 = Dialer Node 2

Here is the Vicidial Information

Issues

The cluster seems to behave abnormally. I see the agents READY and yet calls WAITING for agents. The calls don't seem to connect to the agent, though they are READY. Also, when the dialer connects the customer, the customer hears "You are the only person in the conference".

My understanding is that the conferences may be not set right in the cluster because I see the calls connecting to wrong MeetMes/conference rooms.

How do I verify that I have setup the conferences correctly ? Also are there any settings that I need to verify that the cluster is setup properly ?

Also, what is the difference between "conferences" and "Vicidial_conferences" in terms of functionality ?

vicidial conferences are used by vicidial.

the other ones are not.

if your agents do not hear "you are the only person in this conference" when they log in ... they should stop and you should troubleshoot to find out why.

If they do ... you have a problem I've never encountered.
