Dial Plan with prefix Code .

Dear Team

would you please help me to add extra prefix in outbound trunk . new carrier asking to send call 5252+Country Code+ number .
Now I am sending call "country code+phone" and dial prefix as below which is working fine .

exten => _9ZX.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _9ZX.,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:1}@12.12.12.12,,o)
exten => _9ZX.,3,Hangup

Ques: How can make dial prefix with code 5252 , Please advise .
