How to upgrade to GOautodial CE 3.0 from 2.0?

How to upgrade your existing GOautodial CE 2.0 to the latest and greatest GOautodial CE 3.0.？
I want to upgrade to GOautodial CE 3.0,but not use the iso!

of course you can back up your database, perform a fresh reinstall, restore your database, and then upgrade your database to match the installed vicidial version (there are upgrade instructions for the database in a document called UPGRADE in the vicidial source file folder).
