I'm wondering if anyone has attempted to create a separate disposition (status) screen depending on the outbound campaign and the inboung groups an agent is member of. For example, I have an agent making OUT calls for campaign Flowers, when that call is hung up I want to disposition the call with Campaign Flowers's statuses, if an inbound call for ingroup BOOKS comes in, when THAT ONE (inbound) hangs up I want to show statuses for BOOKS to come up and not Flowers's, and if a call comes in for ICECREAM inbound campaign, I want Icecream's statuses to come up (not Flowers's, not Book's) when the call ends.
Anyone tried that...?
