Hi

I have vicidial 2.0 install on corei7 8 gb 1tb hdd. if i want to used vicidial for 10 agents on remote location how much lease line bandwidth required for remote side & for local side.

If i set Dial Method set to Ratio & codec i will use g729 then how much lease line bandwidth required for both remote & local side

Expect 100k per agent for the link between the agent and the Vicidial server. That bandwidth would be required at both the agent location and the vicidial location. 10 agents = 1M. If you use compression codecs (GSM, g729) you can reduce that number. g729 will generally get you down to 50k per agent. Note that the agent screen will not be using g729 (because it's not audio, it's web browser!), so that bandwidth will not change. Vicidial agent's screens send and receive a minimum of 1 packet per second while logged in.

The amount of bandwidth in addition to that required at the Vicidial location is dependent upon the number of calls made per agent and the number of inbound calls on hold.
