Agent No more leads popup

Postby mav2287 » Fri Dec 06, 2013 7:59 pm

Is there a way to pop up a message on the agent screen when there are no more leads for them to dial? I know you can set one in the real-time screen and you can set it so if there are no leads agents can't log in. What I can't find though is a popup for the agent that says that there are no more dialable leads. Sometimes managers don't notice the hopper is empty and there are no more leads and the agents just sit there and until once notices the wait time is too high. I have looked all over and can't seem to find the setting for this.

We've also had a few clients request auto-logout for agents when a campaign runs dry.

We've also had a few clients request list auto-reset when campaign empties (during call times only).

Both are custom add-ons and would have to be updated to the most recent code if that's what you're on.
