How to add cystal reports with vicidial ?

Crystal Reports speaks directly to the Database. Not in any way related to Vicidial until after you've installed it.

So ... the method to install crystal reports with Vicidial is to just install crystal reports to the DB server and link it to the "Asterisk" database. At that point, you can look at asking how to create individual reports, which is best done by use "&DB=1" while on a report page to see the SQL queries that generate said report. They are ... complex, though.
