Hi,

I have a campain that was dialing good as outbound. for some reason when i started using lead recycle the dialer stopped calling the "new leads" and only called the leads i am recycling. what option can i use to tell the dialer that new leads should be called first then if no new leads available to start calling the leads recycles..

do not use lead recycling. reset the entire list when the entire list has been reset.

Why is that ??? I switched from freeswitch just to not do that lol

Recycled leads take priority over all non-recycled leads, other than scheduled callbacks. For what you want to do you should not use lead recycling, I would suggest using the list reset option to frequently reset your leads, and set your campaign to List Order DOWN COUNT which would allow what you want to do.

i don't want to call again everyone. how do i delete the leads i don't want anymore before i reset it?

IE : dead leads i don't want to reset

It will only call the leads with the statuses that you set as Dial Statuses in the campaign screen. You don't need to delete anything to prevent them from being dialed.
