Campaigns List hidden

Hello Sir

I have facing trouble suddenly that not finding camp list from Campaigns and list Manu also . All Campaigns are hidden form user level which full credential are allowed . User Lavel are admin Group but others user group have seen camps list . if modified any user Group list then we lost campiogion list .

Please see below credential of admin user Group are selected.

Please advise .

Agent Status Viewable Groups: ALL-GROUPS

NB: Also Reports option -> Agent Performance Detail -In Campaigns: option not showing any Camps and not showing any report . Please help urgently .

Are other users in the same group having the problem or is this isolated to just 1 user?

it seems to me you are saying "I have all this stuff allowed ... and campaigns are not visible ... look: groups, reports everything". Except you did not show which Campaigns are allowed while stating that campaigns (and lists, which are members of campaigns) are not viewable. Seems relevant to me.

Also: I do not see that the user in question is assigned to this group ... which could be your problem.

@ mav2287 User: 6666 and groups=admin . All other user in admin groups are not seen any Campaigns. previous all was okey.

Dear williamconley , some of user are assigned admin group , some of user are assigned superviosur group ..all are not visible camps and list.

But Only Agent groups are visible camps and list , if modified any user in agent groups then its visible . also I m observing in Example: Inbound Camp in details view : Admin User Group (allow option): Only Showing Agent Group only , in previous all groups in have . I think may have problem any scripts where Groups are working .
NB: If i modify agent groups then I am sure agent groups will be same hidden , previously another groups behave as same .

Please advise .

Sorry, I didn't understand any of that.

Show User details: which user group is the user assigned to?
Show UserGroup details: which Campaigns is the user allowed to see? (not reports, not viewable groups, but Campaigns)

user:6666 ADMIN INTERFACE OPTIONS: allowed all (1) and assigned Admin Groups .
user:1111 ADMIN INTERFACE OPTIONS: allowed all (1) and assigned Admin Groups .

when i logged in using user:6666,1111 and user: ashis and all of user who are assigned admin,superviopur groups then i m not able to see any Campaigns list,HotKeys,List Mix ,Statuses etc etc ..in Campaigns option and also List Option .

you did not list the "Allowed Campaigns" for the user group ADMIN.

Also, in user 6666 "allowed all" ...? What field is this for? I also note that you mention "assigned admin groups" instead of stating clearly the FIELD and VALUE, so i'll ask to be clear: What is the VALUE for the field "User Group" for user 6666?

Allowed Campaigns for admin: Inbound,outbound,testcamp
6666 "allowed all " mean ADMIN INTERFACE OPTIONS: Like View Reports:1(1 for enable , 0 for disable)...Alter Agent Interface Options(1)..so so Modify Same User Level (1)

and Admin is user level 9

In before All camps was visible , I m not changed anything ..

Hello All , I got my problematic solution , Any Allowed Group user should not modified other Group . Like user :1111 allowed group : admin , so user should not change agent group in user group . I am configured again camps and other with valid user groups .Ty
