update customer information before press webform

If I change the customer information, like first_name adress3 etc. in the agentscreen an press webform, the changed information are not transfer to the webform. The Link take the Information from the database, not from the screen. Alter Data is 1 an Alter Phone is 0.
I use the following VERSION: 2.7-370c BUILD: 130508-2255

In a preview VERSION: 2.2.1-261 BUILD: 100625-1118 it workes to change data and transfer it to the webform.

Does somebody know, how I can solve the problem ?

are you sure you are performing both these tests in the same manner? Or is one of them using custom fields with a form and the other straight from the vicidial lead information screen? And are all other settings the same?

also: be sure to post your installation method (with version for ISO and link for scratch install instructions) for each system you reference. installation can make a difference!
