Connection Issues URGENT PLEASE HELP

Hi Everyone,

I just have a a couple of questions. Sometimes my agents are having choppy lines and we only have 44 agents total on both my diallers. The load is between 18 - 7% on one of my servers and 2-8% on my second one. Can someone please provide some insight as to why this could occur? Could it be a bandwidth issue because the CPU are not overloading. My bandwidth is currently set to 20 in and out.

if you're system load is ok (check the client PCs too), then it points to either a network problem or an issue with connection to your carrier. Check your LAN is ok and your internet connectivity is fine. It may also be caused at the carriers end if they are having problems. It's best to have multiple carriers to switch between to test this.
