Sorry, there are no available sessions

Postby saulortega » Mon Jan 13, 2014 6:18 pm

Hello.

Im to adding a new server in cluster.

I changed a extension to new server's IP. The "Computer IP address:" field is empty.

I have created two new conferences (8600050 and 8600051) in the new server.

The phone is registered.

But, when I try to logging, I get the error "Sorry, there are no available sessions".

When I try to call from my phone, this is the log:

Code: Select all
[Jan 13 18:11:54]     -- Executing [6500500@default:1] AGI("SIP/112-00000002", "agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log") in new stack

torncal2 is the carrier that I created in the new server. It is registered.

You really need a lot more detail to be able to diagnose what is wrong. How did you install Vicidial on the server? What is the OS is this a box install IE a VICIBOX server? Also what hardware and what do the other servers look like.

The simple thing that would come to mind is that you may not have conferences created on this new server. However, without more information it is going to be really hard to help.
ViciBox5.x86_64-5.0.3.preload from .iso upgraded to 13.1 | VERSION: 2.10-444c BUILD: 150129-0828 | 1.8.32.2-vici | Dual Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel twin quad core 3Ghz Xeon chips | 32gb of RAM

adding a new server to the cluster requires a lot more than that. what method are you using to add the server? the manual written by poundteam? directions from online? or you added the server while installing via Vicibox?

if you used the Vicidial Multi-Server Manual ... there are many more steps involved. If you installed via Vicibox ... it should not require any additional steps, the installer does it all for you. If it's done properly.

also: when you add conferences for agent, they are "vicidial conferences" not just conferences (different table, different menu item in the GUI).
