load balancing with two servers, how to set?

Hello everyone!
I have two servers installed goautodial3.0, I need to set up load balancing, allowing more seats to use, how can I set up two servers?
I've been in A server admin-> server B is added to the server, but do not know specifically how to use?
Also, when landing at the customer service web needs how to operate?

Please say as much detail as these settings!

The load balancing documentation of Vicidial applies to GOautodial as well (since it's using Vicidial as it's backend dialer engine). In your GOautodial server, the Vicidial documentation (LOAD_BALANCING.txt) is in:
