Did you guys find the exact issue on your network?
On the vicidial webserver in the apache logs is there an entry generated when the disposition request is launched? Is there an entry in the Vicidial logs? Sometimes I wish I could run the entire cluster in Verbose mode.
What bothers me most is that I have a screen shot of the agent interface freezing up and I can't find a call for that agent at that time - this might just be user error on my side, but I want to also establish what happens to a recording and call log in such a situation?

PS: Would looking at lagged agents be any use? What exactly are lagged agents? after this discussion is the metric still worth looking at?
