i am a technical support at a small center. we have 11 agents, the idle time is 1minute to 2minutes. what can i do for it to speed up calls?

There are a lot of different factors. Id suggest really sitting down and going through all campaign settings. there are question marks next to everything with some great information on what they adjust. Start with ratio dialing and you can adjust auto dial limit to a fixed amount and get a good idea of what range you should be in for your particular data/campaign/ALOC. then you can set to and adapt dial mode and set your max adapt level accordingly. keep watching your real time screen to see how things change. eventually you develop a knack for getting the results you want.

Check your Minimum Hopper Level ,under detail view, for that campaign what is that set to?

So many factors could cause this, campaign settings, lead quality, internet speed(unlikely, but it can).
