I have and outbound campaign set up and has been working fine, I then added and inbound campaign to the outbound campaign, and the inbound is working fine, but the problem is the outbound is not dialing out, I changed nothing on the outbound campaign except what was needed to incorporate the inbound, I have it in ratio mode, when I look at the real time screen, the agents status is "closer" "paused" or "incall" again inbound is fine and outbound wont dial out. Any thoughts?
