predictive dialer problem - SOLVED

Postby Polis_ttt » Wed May 02, 2007 9:50 am

I got a asterisk-1.2.17 server with astguiclient_2.0.2 installed on a ubuntu 6.06 lamp-server installed after "scratch install guide". Everything works out fine when i got it i manual dialing mode for the campaign. But when i change to RATIO, ADAPT_HARD_LIMIT, ADAPT_TAPERED or ADAPT_AVERAGE it can't call out. And no output in asterisk-logfile when it tryes to connect to asterisk and call out. Asterisk looks dead in that mode. I have tested "VDAD SIP UNREGISTERED TRANSFER ENTRIES" from the extenstions.conf.samle-file insted of standard, but same result. It seems that it never connect to asterisk with these settings.

What is my problem? Someone?

My screen -r says:

Code: Select all

And my crontab -l says:

I had same problem with asterisk-perl module .How did you install asterisk-perl module ? via cpan or apt-get ? Cpan and apt-get mostly install asterisk-perl 0.09 but only asterisk-perl 0.08 version works with vicidial 2.0.2 so manually install it .

solved

Postby Polis_ttt » Thu May 03, 2007 2:30 am

I installed perl module after SUBPHASE 3.2.5 in scratch install, but it seems that it was the problem, because when i made a new install at the same way as 3.2.5 in sctrach install i got the dialer to work, thanks.

But now i got other problems, but that will be in a nother tree if i don't solve them my self :)

strange

Postby Polis_ttt » Thu May 03, 2007 6:39 am

Now a vere strange thing has happend. I reinstalld asterisk-perl-module, as 3.2.5 and it worked, but after done a "reload now" in asterisk-cli it's the same problem again. I have tryed to install the perl-module again but it's not working this time.

So it's the same problem, in manual i can call out but not when i choose RATIO, ADAPT_HARD_LIMIT, ADAPT_TAPERED or ADAPT_AVERAGE.

Therefor i will post my extensions.conf and sip.conf files here,
can someone see a problem?

I also experience the same problem. My configuration is almost the same as Polis_ttt, but I am using Fedora Core 5 with Asterisk 1.2.14.

It also worked perfectly until I did a "reload all" in the Asterisk CLI. I also stopped and restarted all my screens, but still no joy.

it seems like your fastagi is not running.. have you installed Net::Server in perl?

can you post some asterisk cli when you are trying to dial out

No, my fastagi have i turned off because i had some problem with it. This is what i did = http://forums.digium.com/viewtopic.php?t=15263 But i do have Net::Server installed.

My primary problem for the dialer-function is that i can't se anything in my asterisk-cli-console, i can se when i register, call manual through vicidial, but when i'm trying to use the RATIO, ADAPT_HARD_LIMIT, ADAPT_TAPERED or ADAPT_AVERAGE it seems that it never connects to asterisk because i don't get any log from it in asterisk-cli

Some more information is that i log in http://**ip**/agc/vicidial.php, it calls my local sip-phone on my computer (as it shall), then when i press "resume" it doesn't come anything in asterisk-cli and the followin is what /var/log/astguiclient/agiout.tadaysdate says:

In my situation I found that the vicidial_auto_calls table contained junk records. When I delete it, the predictive dialer starts to work... but only for a while then it gets stuck again, until I delete the junk records again.

Something is scary, i got exacly the same. In my "auto_call_id" i allso got the same, a lot of strange outputs, i delete them but then it runs. I looked in database with phpmyadmin, got 0 lines in that table, then i ran the dialer for a while, got 4 lines, ran it for a wile more, then only 1 line in that table. It seems to me that when something goes wrong, which make so that astguiclient/vicidial doesn't delete the lines that wasn't suppose to be there.

I keep on trying, but something must be wrong somewhere, the question is where? :?:

I found something in phpmyadmin, an error message, someone that know something about it? Can it be the thing that ccauses this problem?

From php-myadmin:
Code: Select all
Keyname - Type - Cardinality - Action - Field
PRIMARY - PRIMARY - 0 - Edit - Drop - auto_call_id
auto_call_id - UNIQUE - 0 - Edit - Drop - auto_call_id

Error: PRIMARY and INDEX keys should not both be set for column `auto_call_id`

Can anyone confirm that this has been fixed in VICIDIAL 2.0.3? I do not want to upgrade a production system to a beta release if it does not solve the problem.

Thanks for that, i got the dialer to work now, and also added "tTo" to [gs102-out] dial-function. Now it connects the call to an agent.
