Yast remote View

May I know why we are having this view when we go yast ? is there away to fix this? thank you very much in advance.

console or via ssh?

console would require a change to the vga mode on the grub boot line, most likely

ssh would require a modification to the "console mode" of the ssh user (guessing here also)

a quick test of a recent system, however, found that changing your PuTTY terminal settings will fix it:
Window -> Translation -> Character Set Translation -> Remote Character Set -> "Use font encoding" (Choose this from the dropdown where UTF-8 is presently if that was your default)
