Problem exporting custom fields

I am using the custom fields function to gather data during calls, which works well. But when I export the data with Export -> Calls Report, even if "Custom Fields" is set to YES, the custom data is missing in the export file. There is just a column at the end of the sheet labeled "custom_fields" which contains no data.

If I open leads from within Vici (search for a lead) the data is present - it just doesn't get exported.

When I loaded the leads, I added the corresponding columns to the lead list and mapped them with the custom file layout option, which worked fine.

Where am I going wrong?

Gentle bump - does anybody else use this feature? It's a big pain manually pulling the data from the leads into Excel all the time.

Any hints as to where I could start to find the cause of this would be much appreciated!

Just tested the most recent version on our development system and it works just fine and is exporting custom fields. Keep in mind on the Export Calls/Leads reports that you will not see the custom headers, but the data will be in the records. This is because there could be multiple lists in the export and the headers would not necessarily match up.
