Table does not exist Custom Field

Hello,

i want to build an agent mask with custom fields. My Problem is:

If I custom fields investing are red because they are already in vicidial_list works just fine only if I want to change this later, for example, the field size or the like, I get the error message:

ERROR: Table does not exist Custom_ "listname"

Please Help;-)

I use the follow config:

16 core 32 GB RAM 4 x 320 GB IBM and VERSION: 2.8-403a
BUILD: 130510-1350

Try creating at least one lead in that custom list before modifying the fields, perhaps that will make the table for you so you can modify it.

Hi,

i have test it but it doesn't work.
i haven't any sql Tables with custom fields. i think the tables really doesn't exists.

It is a brand new system. Do you think i must new installing them??

I have ab 3.15 as running System here but the hardware is now older then 5 years and i think green and want to save energy with new hardware. Because in Germany one kWh costs more then 0,32 USD. Because of this i want a new system setup with the newest version.

Thanks for your help and please forgive me my very bad english. i´ve only learned for 5 years at school.

If it is a brand-new system, why is it so old? Build 130510 is fairly old, we're up past 140000

How did you install this system? If it was Goautodial, have a look at Vicibox (different installer, both install Vicidial but Vicibox does so without modifying the web interface whereas goautodial has made changes and introduced bugs ... which they fix at their leisure after they are pointed out ...). Whichever method you used to install, there is always a way to upgrade to the latest version for bug fixes. Goautodial has a wiki and Vicidial has SVN with an UPGRADE.txt document (and the SVN upgrade how to on the vicidial wiki website).

My advice if you are building a brand new system and want to be able to keep it up to date easily is to install fresh with Vicibox 5.0.3 from the vicibox.com website.

You will then be able to SVN up (and then update the DB) regularly to keep it up to date.
