vicidial_callbacks

Postby NathanO » Thu Feb 06, 2014 11:46 am

Hi All,

Please could someone help with the above. I am trying to work out how the above table works.

For example.

If we have a callback which an agent then dials, what would then happen to that callback in the vicidial_callbacks table, would it get updated or would a new row be inserted?

There has been a bit of confusion surrounding this.

When a callback is registered then it will create a row in vicidial_callbacks
status will be set to 'ACTIVE',
time goes by and reaches the "callback_time" set by the agent, then the entry changes status to 'LIVE'
and the callback can be seen in the callback-list in the agent interface (if its a user-only callback)
When the agent has called the lead than the entry in vicidial_callbacks will be set to 'INACTIVE'
if a new callback is registered with that lead then a new entry is inserted to vicidial_callbacks

does that answer your question?
if not then you need to explain your situation in more detail
