Help need regarding VICIDIAL webclient integration with EyeBeam.
Actually we have installed ViCiDial on our server. Now when I logged in to EyeBeam with my phone login than its ok. I can make call through EyeBeam. After logged in to EyeBeam, I logged in to webclient, and than I received a call on EyeBeam, I accepted it, but when I click on "Dial next Number", it dials the number provided by lead, call goes through but I won't hear anything, but I am sure that call has been made, becuase the control panel given to me by my VoIP provider shows that call has been made and certain amount has been deducted.
Can anyone help me with this. Why I am getting this problem?

have you followed the scratch install?
have you search for the answer in the forum?
whats your OS, Hardware?
what happened in the asterisk cli?

is this manual dial
if so check in the console what is happening when u dialing the lead
and paste them here

Thanks for your support and time, but I have resolved my problem.
Problem were with codecs, my VoIP provider was only supporting G729, so I have bought licenses of G729 and installed them on server.

something strange happened yesterday.
yesterday my server get restarted and after that I am having a same problem again.

Hi
then is this G729 codec from Digium ?
if so, check in asterisk console show translantion
and show codec g729
make sure you have g729 codec loaded
